The Anti Bullying week, organized by the BFL council, was a brilliant success.  Over the course of the week, during Barod and wellbeing lessons, our pupils discussed ways to support those who are experiencing bullying as well as how to report incidents to trusted members of our school community.

Students were also introduced to our 5 step anti-bullying policy, which aims to tackle bullying in our school in order for our students to feel safe and supported.

The BFL Council’s members have been visiting assemblies to highlight anti bullying to all year groups. During lunchtimes this week, they have set up a stall in the PLH to sell anti-bullying merchandise and sweets to help raise awareness of a valuable cause.

The week was rounded-up with an odd-socks day on Friday, which also happened to fall on Children in Need day, who are huge supporters of the Anti-Bullying Alliance.
