QSA Council - Rainbow Club - January 2025

Our school community has been busy once again!
We are excited to report on some new actions from our QSA council. With an increase in council activity, this council has decided that this is the perfect opportunity to set themselves up in a room in which students can go on an allocated lunchtime in order to feel safe and supported. Now that this ‘Rainbow Club’ has become fully operational, we’ve seen an impressive turnout of students using the space to socialise and support each other.
Most exciting of all is that this will be actioned largely by members of our 6th form community, who have kindly offered the time to run the lunchtime club and help transform the space into the warm, supportive environment that is so crucial in our school site!
If any students are interested in attending the lunchtime club and feel they would benefit from a space such as this, they should be encouraged to speak with either Mrs Crimmins or Mr Batten to find out more.
